REQUIREMENTS TO RENT A PWC
To rent a PWC from Sunstate Watersports LLC you will be required to provide the following:
- Valid identification - ALL renters must be 18 years or older
- Complete waiver and rental agreement with Sunstate Watersports LLC
- Appropriate deposit amount
Florida law requires anyone who was born on or after Jan. 1, 1988 to successfully complete an approved boating safety course and obtain a Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the FWC.
Renters may obtain a Temporary Boating License by completing a 25 question course.
